Common jobs are flat-rate so you know the price before we start. Catch-all repair lists are hourly with a one-hour minimum. Materials at cost. No surprise add-ons.

- We respond fast. Most texts and form submissions get a reply in under an hour during the work week.
- We finish in one visit when we can. If we need to come back, we tell you upfront and book the return visit before we leave.
- We respect your house. Shoes off, drop cloths down, mess cleaned up, leftover materials hauled off.
